As President and Partner at co/efficient, Ryan is providing strategic direction, accurate and innovative polling solutions and data analytics to local, state and national political candidates and advocacy groups.
Ryan has spent his career focused on using technology and data to improve education, career, and public outcomes. Prior to joining co/efficient, Ryan led Strategy and Research at MyCollegeOptions.org, the nation’s largest college and career planning program. During his leadership, the program grew to be the country’s leading education resource for students and families during their transition from high school to college, while producing innovative research and data analytics to support the education community at large. For over a decade Ryan led the largest public opinion polling of American high school students, surveying over 100,000 students each year on critical national issues and candidate approval in a national poll delivered to each State’s elected officials.
Ryan’s undergraduate studies are in Corporate Communications from Creighton University and his graduate studies are in Higher Education Administration from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

Claude leads co/efficient’s research and polling team. Claude brings decades of research experience, and a deep understanding and respect for how to integrate the grassroots, news media, and other outside influencers into political and corporate campaigns.
Prior to joining co/efficient, Claude was the President and CEO of Eagle Point Strategies, a New York State based public opinion survey and market research company with over 30 years of experience conducting survey research for elected officials, corporations, and public affairs initiatives. Claude has overseen and directed the survey research operations for the Senate Republicans in New York State. Claude is also the Director of Balance New York, an Independent Expenditure Committee, dedicated to electing Republicans in the New York State Senate.
He is a member of the American Association of Public Opinion Research (AAPOR) and a graduate of The State University of New York at Albany.

Pablo has managed and staffed campaigns at the local, state, and federal level. With over a decade of experience in campaign management, communications, and fundraising, Pablo has served as campaign manager for former Congresswoman Karen Handel (R-GA) and for former Virginia Senator Glen Sturtevant; both were the most competitive and expensive non-statewide contests of their respective cycles. Pablo has also served in other capacities in contests from California to Montana to Texas to North Carolina.
Pablo is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with undergraduate studies in Political Science, History, and Spanish.
Brandon Moody has over two decades of campaign management, public policy, earned media, and advertising wins at every level of government. Brandon has consulted on high-profile U.S. Senate, gubernatorial and congressional races. He has also served as strategist and messaging consultant for statewide ballot initiatives and national public affairs fights.
Brandon worked on the senior staff at the National Republican Congressional Committee where he oversaw the spending of tens of millions in advertising for targeted races nationwide to support congressional elections in 2014. He also worked as the Patriot Program Director at the NRCC. In this role, he worked directly with nearly 50 Congressional incumbents to build strong campaigns, assemble their teams, and prepare for reelection.
Brandon also served as Chief of Staff to Rep. Sean Duffy from Wisconsin’s 7th congressional district. Duffy served on the powerful House Financial Services Committee and was a perennial top target of Congressional Democrats. Brandon managed an aggressive policy and communications agenda along with a staff of 20. Congressman Duffy won his sophomore reelection by over 12 points in a previously Blue District, achieving numerous legislative successes as a young lawmaker along the way.

Jacob brings over 5 years of data analytics experience to co/efficient. He previously worked as an Actuarial Analyst where he performed financial modeling and reporting for various annuity types. He also worked as a Data Scientist where he built machine learning models to underwrite loan applicants. Jacob’s integral role at co/efficient includes conducting and analyzing polls, data warehousing and reporting, and technology and product development.
Jacob received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Missouri with dual majors in Mathematics and Actuarial Science and a minor in Economics

Gregory is co/efficient’s Campaign Analyst. Gregory uses his extensive product knowledge and understanding of industry trends to provide innovative solutions to meet the individual needs and expectations of our clients at the local, state, and federal level. Gregory previously served as the Grassroots Coordinator for a competitive mayoral campaign in Kansas City, MO, organizing an army of volunteers to spearhead the campaign’s fundraising and voter contact efforts.
Gregory is a graduate of Texas Christian University where he studied Economics and Political Science.
