The November general election is highly competitive, with Democrats and Republicans consolidating behind their bases, Independents carrying a high share of undecided voters, and all three statewide races competitive.

Abigail Spanberger leads Winsome Earle-Sears 48%–43% in the governor’s race, while the lieutenant governor contest is deadlocked at 43%–43%, and the attorney general race is a toss-up with Jay Jones (45%) edging Jason Miyares (44%).

The generic ballot for the Virginia House of Delegates is effectively a toss-up, with Democrats holding a slim 3-point edge over Republicans, but a sizable share of undecided voters leaves the race wide open.
